Course Overview
The Noorani Qaida course is a foundational program designed to teach students the basics of Quranic recitation, pronunciation, and Tajweed. This course is perfect for kids (4+ years), beginners, adults, and reverts to Islam, focusing on proper articulation and phonetics required for reading the Quran accurately.

Learning Objectives
By the end of this course, students will:
- Be able to correctly pronounce the Arabic alphabet and understand phonetic sounds.
- Have a strong foundation in Tajweed, enabling them to recite the Quran properly.
- Be able to read and understand short Quranic verses with correct pronunciation and Tajweed rules.
- Develop the ability to combine letters and form words using proper Tajweed techniques.
- Gain the confidence to start reciting Quranic Surahs with accurate Tajweed.
Course Modules
Module 1: Introduction to Arabic Alphabet
Objective: Learn to recognize and pronounce the 28 Arabic letters.
Topics:
Arabic alphabet recognition and sound formation.
Introduction to Makharij (articulation points).
Short vowels: Fatha, Damma, and Kasra (ــَ ,ــُ ,ــِ).
Understanding the difference between hard and soft sounds.
Teaching Methods:
Interactive lessons using digital whiteboards and audio files.
Live pronunciation practice with the tutor.
Quiz and flashcards for reviewing letters and sounds.
Module 2: Mastering Short Vowels (Harakat)
Objective: Understand the role of Harakat in Arabic pronunciation.

The correct usage of Fatha (ــَ), Damma (ــُ), and Kasra (ــِ) in words.
Applying short vowels in common Arabic words.
Importance of Sukun (ــْ) in pronunciation.

Module 3: Introduction to Long Vowels (Madd)
Objective: Learn to apply long vowels (Madd) in recitation.

Madd vowels: Alif Madd, Ya Madd, and Waw Madd.
How long vowels influence the sound and elongation in recitation.

Module 5: Basic Rules of Tajweed
Objective: Master the fundamental rules of Tajweed to recite the Quran correctly.

Sifaat (qualities of letters): Hardness, softness, and length.
Understanding Hukum Tajweed: Differences in reciting light and heavy letters.

Correct application of Tajweed rules in each Surah.
